Vanni, hey. It's Kali. Um...listen, I know you're probably still upset about the whole engagement business and all. That's fine, you're entitled to your own opinion. But I talked to Dad, and he was kind of supportive about it. I don't know if he's talked to you, but...yeah. Anyways, I thought we could talk about it...if you want to and all. I'd like to actually be on good grounds with my entire family when I get married, as crazy as that sounds. I'm still your sister and you really can't do anything about that. We shared mom's womb for nine months, so you can't stay angry at me. You know I wouldn't do anything to harm this family. Call me..we can get lunch or coffee or something. Let me know.

Vanni, hi. It's Jackie. I have a favor to ask, and it's okay if you say no. Just think about it and consider it. I'm sure you've heard all of the news going on with Alain. But he is so passionate about this, more than I have ever seen from him. But we need a way to get that passion out there in a reliable source without someone misinterpreting what we're trying to say. You know how some reporting can be in this city. But Alain suggested maybe having you or your sister do an interview about it. Don't feel obligated, but just think it over. Ask her. If she wants compensation, we can discuss that too. We just need someone we know we can trust. Let me know. I'll talk to you later. Take care.

Oh my God! I can't believe Bianca and her stupid minions went to your house yesterday! What did they say to you? Wait, I already know. Can you believe Lindsay texted the entire school about it? I've been getting text messages and emails and IM's all day! People asking me if it's true that I have an STD or offering condolences or just downright calling me a slut! I can't believe this! It's just because it slipped out through your sister that you and I had been seeing each other! I mean, I don't even know why Cecily opened her mouth, but whatever! You can't believe Bianca, Terzo. It's so not true. I haven't been seeing other guys at all! And I don't have a f-ing STD because I haven't even slept with anyone...ever!! You have to believe me. So just keep that in mind as I ask you this one, small, tiny favor. Vanni, I have to get an interview with Jackie. Please! The PR people at the palace are being such @sses about this campaign thing. They're scheduling people in 15 minute increments if you want an interview with any member of the royal family and they have to approve the questions. 15 minutes! No one can do a proper interview in 15 f-ing minutes! So please, please, please...get me this interview. I just want to talk to her about the campaign and the effect it has on the future and women. It can be totally informal too, just going out for coffee or something. I don't want that idiot John getting this story. You know I would write a really good one for Jackie.
