((So we can keep track of drama's!))
Tagliatti’s
In “What If/2G” world, Andre found out that Zach was not only dealing drugs, but also delving into them himself. He discovered this when Zach was arrested on these charges, and was especially pissed because he’d told Zach to stop the drug dealing after he took him off the Montoya job. In true Andre fashion, he yelled nonstop at Zach and told him he was becoming just like his deadbeat father. Nonetheless, he bailed Zach out with $5,000 he originally assumed would be immediately reimbursed, because of the Tagliatti ties within the police department. However, since Dominic and Andre were at odds at this time (over Dominic’s having been named the new successor), Dominic informed his younger brother that no assistance would be given financially. Andre proceeded to storm to Dom’s house, aiming a gun at him to kill him. Papa Tagliatti saved the day in due time, however, when he arrived, and then aimed a gun at Andre.
In More 2G world, Kali broke the news to Andre that they were pregnant with their first child. Andre, a bit hesitant about being a father, hinted at the option of terminating the pregnancy, but quickly changed his mind when he realized he was just having cold feet. Kali avoided him for a few days, and then came home to find Anre moving furniture around so he could make a nursery. Both relaxed and having had time to mull over the news, they have a civil conversation about parenting. The couple ended up having twins, which Andre wasn’t too pleased about, especially because the second child was a son. But by the time they’re baptized, he’s thrilled about adding a third generation of Tagliatti boys to the family. Christmases come and go. Andre has a fit that the kids opened their presents early, and wants to take all the toys back, but Kali convinces him otherwise. And then one day, Alessia turns sixteen and wants to date. And Andre is not happy.
In normal world, Andre one day realizes he’s down seven grand, and with the help of Benedetto, they discover Zach is the culprit. They learn that Zach’s father needed money, and that Zach decided to help him. Unfortunately, Carlos Castillo didn’t use the money as he said he would. So now the Tagliatti’s are down seven grand, and owe money to the Rossi family. A hit is put out for Carlos, and the Montoya’s finally catch him. They agree to release Carlos if the Tagliatti’s deal with the Molony’s (i.e. get Cayetano back, who was abducted). Then they tell the Tagliatti’s that the prices is ten grand if they want Carlos back. But a few nights later, Zach and Lisette accidentally find themselves as the suspects in murder. Andre uses this change in events to blackmail Papa Montoya, since he has Zach’s name erased from the suspect list but keeps Lisette’s there.
To get away from all the drama, Andre heads to Disney with his little family, and brings Zach alone so the kid can get his head cleared up from all the recent mess they’ve been in. And this is where we last left them.
