Anthony Iaconelli Birthdate: December 12, 1983 Height: 6'3 Weight: 180 lbs Eye color: blue-green Hair color: dark brown Race: Sicilian Occupation: Marine Sergeant Company G, 3rd Battalion, 8th Regiment, 2nd Division. Friends: Murphy, Cooper, Duncan, Cameron, Carmine Enemies: HATES Tobias Rossi Anthony is a child at heart. He's the comedic act within the Iaconelli family, always ready with a joke up his sleeve. He loves to have a good time, and hardly takes anything seriously. His favorite pasttime is eating (his favorite dish is the spaghetti and meatball plate his mother cooks) or watching sports on the living room recliner with his German Sheperd, Doc, curled up beside him. Anthony doesn't really come off as the sharpest tool in the shed sometimes ((think Eric in Boy Meets World)) but if truth be had, he's smart when he needs to be. A recent graduate of Halifax Academy--the most prestigious military academy in Auvèrnha, and among the top ten in all of Europe--he is a sergeant within the Marine Corp. Though his superiors know him to be a lighthearted and playful spirit, they know this is just how Anthony deals with stress. The young man is actually rather responsible when great risks are at stake, and a pretty good tactician. Anthony doesn't plan on showing that side to his family anytime soon, though. He enjoys his mother's pampering, and he doesn't quite want to grow up just yet.

Cassie... She's awesome. For some reason, I've never really pursued relationships in high school or college. I went on a few dates here and there, but that was pretty much it. With Cassie, it's just different, though. For some reason, I want to constantly impress her and make her smile and make life an adventure for her. I've never felt like this about someone before. I can't describe it. She makes me laugh, she keeps me on my feet. She doesn't have all these expectations of me. I don't have to be some macho former marine around her. I can just goof off, talk about my dog, and make faces over Mexican dinner. It's great. I like that I can be myself around her, and I like that my jokes make her laugh. I think about her so much, it's ridicolous. I didn't realize this is what it'd be like, when you really cared about someone. I should ask pops if this is how he felt around ma.
I also want to ask him about any job opportunities at Halifax, for office administration. Not for me. For Alex. It would be a good opportunity for him. I don't know what else a wheelchair person can do, you know? Not to say he's incapable. It just limits him for the time being. So being able to sit at an office would be ideal. And it doesn't have to be boring paperwork. Maybe they could put him in some other division...
As for myself, I don't know what I want to do with my life still. I've been thinking about how much I know about German Shepherds, though. I've pretty much read every book cover to cover. So I thought... why not turn that into a career? Maybe training Sheps for police work/military work. I mean, I have military experience anyway. I'm going to look into it and see what's involved.

Leave it to Tobias Rossi to make a mess of any family holiday.
God, I hate that kid. He rubs me the wrong way in every possible way. I honestly don't even know why he's welcomed in our house. He's a criminal! Just because his little uncle erased his records, it doesn't change anything. Tobias is a magnet for trouble. Who knows how many drug lords and mafiosos and slit-throat's are still after him. I'm surprised his cousin even let him get custody of that kid. Maybe they should've put that kid in foster care. With Tobias, he's just bound to end up in some kind of... life or death situation.
I feel sorry for his family. Alfonso's a good man, and Lunetta's a saint like ma. Carmine's all right... Mona, Sol, Bella, Mickey (although Mickey's pretty annoying). And if that's not bad enough, there's Rafael. I thought Rafael was an all right kid, but then he started working for the Tagliatti's a while ago. I know pops put a stop to it, but still. I was starting to get over it (not really), and then he ups and joins a fraternity. (And then Gabi up and joins a sorority right after). Are you kidding? Alfonso was in the same one apparently when he was younger, but frat chapters just aren't the same anymore from what I hear. I've heard some really bad dirt about Alpha Sigma Phi, eispecially the Bedford chapter. All those jerks are straight up aristocracy, and like any rich brat, what do they do with their money? They waste it on drugs.
I don't honestly believe Rafael does drugs, but he's such a pushover with Tobias that I wouldn't be surprised if one of his frat brothers successfully persuaded him to shoot up. And don't even let me get started on the grand theft auto thing. I can't believe pops bailed him out. He should've just let Rafael flounder. I'm tired of him using pops like we're some 'get out of jail free' card. Own up to your mistakes, man. Grow up.
So does he think I'm really going to be okay with him dating Gabi? Yeah, right. Guess again, buddy.

((i've decided on anthony's truck: image.automobilemag.com/f/car-ramblings-reviews/2008-ford-f-450-super-duty-hauling-test/9440862+cr1+re0+ar1/2008-ford-f-450-super-duty-front-view.jpg in green of course)) 10 more days until my birthday. The big 25. And all I wanted to do last night was grab my free pizza from Romano's (if you're on their mailing list, you get a coupon the month of your birthday for one free large pizza). So I walk down my parents' driveway (I think my New Year Resolution will be to move out in a few weeks) and what do I see? My precious 2008 Ford F450... trashed. Tire slashed, body keyed, and red paint all over the windshield. I didnt even have to see the damn Greek letters to know who it was. And let me tell you... I was beyond pissed. If it had been just me and Rafael on that driveway, I would've killed him. Do you know what Murphy would've done if someone had messed with his truck? He'd take a baseball bat and cause some serious damage. I'm not even kidding. You don't mess with a marine's 4x4, man. That's third on the list, after our country and our family. But the Rossi's wouldn't know anything about that because neither Tobias or Rafael have an ounce of respect in their face. Gabi and pops don't want to believe that Rafael could possibly be capable of something like this, but come on. I'm sure he's the one who planned it, but since he can't put it past himself to actually do the deed, he enlisted his crazy brother. I don't care. And I don't care if he wants to pay for all the damage. I'm pressing charges. I'm not going to let them get away with this crap. I just put new tires on that truck! Yeah right that I'm going to remain calm. Are you kidding me? They both need to get their @sses kicked. Gabi doesn't see it because she's sooo in loove, but one of these days, it's going to get out of hand, and it won't be just trucks that get hurt. It'll be people. It'll probably be her. I know Tobias wouldn't care--if it came to that, he'd hurt Gabi. She doesn't want to think it could happen, but I know it could. For God's sake, Tobias dealt drugs! He probably used them too! In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he was a crackhead at some point. And you're telling me he's clean and straight now? Please. And if Tobias can persuade Rafael to work for the Tagliatti's, what's to stop him from persuading Raf to deal, too? And put Gabi in even more danger? Nope. Sorry. I'm not going to stand for it.
