Tiernan Molony Birthday: September 4, 1984 Height: 6'0 Weight: 165 Hair Color: sandy brown Eye Color: green Friends: Dewey, Rhett, Winnie Enemies: Enemies of the family
2G Update: After marrying Dewey, Tiernan became the father of Brendan, Madison, Samantha, and Jacob. He continues to work with the Molony family business, mostly doing paperwork and behind the scenes activities. He tries to avoid the dirty work involved, for the sake of his family, though at times that hasn't worked (Brendan seeing Rhett and Tiernan on the hit). He most likely won't take over for his father, leaving that job to Rhett or Jon...most likely Rhett.

Dewey and I went to dinner at Marcello Rossi's with Rhett and Winnie. I'm still trying to understand this guy. I suppose since he is taking over for Johnny Rossi, I assumed they would be similar in personalities. I was completely wrong. Marcello is...very friendly. Very hospitable. He even talked to Dewey about animals, and even I know not to go too long on that subject. I guess it's nice though, because she seems to like him and he's a very important ally to the Molony family. This means I can spend more time going over things with him without feeling guilty or even doing it behind her back. I know she doesn't like this business, but...it's a good one. And having alliances with families will make it run smoother.
I still don't understand why he's friendly though. Maybe it's a tactic? I just hope he's not up to something and the Molony family suffers because of it. I don't think that will happen though. He seems genuine, and Rhett seems to trust him.

Another year of birthdays has passed. Dewey and I have both of our birthdays right near each other. At times we just combine them on the 5th, but I wanted to do something special for her. She made me a delicious dinner and cake for my birthday, and it was just a nice relaxing day. I loved it. I set up a surprise party for her with her friends. I figured she would enjoy that, and it would also allow me to get some help setting up. Her sorority friends are better at decorating than I am, so I left that to them. The cakes too. I got her a horse she had been eyeing. I know I didn't have to--some guys would say I'm whipped, and maybe I am. I just love seeing her so happy about something. Her excitement alone is enough to make it worth it. She has a huge heart for animals, and I guess as long as it's not another dog, I'm fine with it. Seven is enough. She enjoyed seeing the horse in the barn though and I was happy to do it for her.
We're almost approaching a year of marriage already. 2 months. It's amazing to think about. This year has gone by pretty quickly. She's already asked me if I plan to continue working for my father. I know she doesn't look highly upon it, but...it's my job. I really couldn't imagine doing anything else. I grew up around it. I know it's not in the near future, but I have the possibility of running it when my father retires from it. I don't know if Dewey would like that. Well, I -know- she wouldn't like that. Maybe she'll come to accept what I do eventually. I never bring it up to her or talk about what we do because I know she doesn't like it. I see my mom, and she's always accepted it, as far as I know. I remember her cooking dinner for some of dad's associates, greeting them like old friends, but always knowing what they were having meetings about. It never seemed to bother her, or else she hid from us well. I see Winnie, and she doesn't seem to mind Rhett having this job. Maybe Dewey will eventually come around. I would never let it interfere with us or any future family we have though. I just wish she wouldn't mind so much. Sometimes it makes me feel guilty.
