Rhys is a pretty laidback guy. He's not quick to anger, and not quick to result to action. He takes his time to get errands done, and even factors in a few detours here or there if he's hungry or wants to visit friends. Because he doesn't take things as serious as he should, those above him in the Molony hierarchy haven't really entrusted him with major assignments just yet. They still see him as a kid who isn't focused yet, and Rhys is pretty all right with that. He's very loyal to the Molony family, though. Not many people know this, but he lives in a trailer park pretty much with just his mother, so things have been tough.
